Town of Gilbert, Arizona | RFP CIP Open Bids | Northwest Gilbert Redevelopment Plan Project

The Town of Gilbert is soliciting qualified professional consulting services to develop a new Redevelopment Plan for Northwest Gilbert, the boundary of which extends generally from Arizona Avenue east to Lindsay Road and from Baseline Road south to Ray Road and excludes all real property within the boundaries of the Heritage District.

The deadline for inquiries is August 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm, Local Arizona Time. Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted in writing. Questions submitted after this date and time will not receive a response. The Town of Gilbert reserves the right to issue RFP amendments after the question-and-answer period. Carefree, Arizona | Request for Proposals - Zoning Ordinance and Citizen Participation Ordinance Regulations Update

The Town of Carefree Planning and Zoning Division is seeking proposals from interested and qualified professionals to update its Zoning and Citizen Participation Ordinances.

Sealed proposals shall be received until 2:00 p.m. Arizona Time on August 4, 2025. The proposal may be hand delivered to the Town Hall – Administrative Offices located at 8 Sundial Circle or may be mailed to Attn. Stacey Bridge-Denzak, Planning Director, PO Box 740, Carefree, Arizona 85377 (those mailed and received after Monday, August 4, 2025, will be disqualified). Electronic submittals will not be accepted.
