Hello APA AZ Members!

Join APA AZ Southern Section for a free session on the recently adopted Community Corridors Tool (CCT), taking place at CAPLA (ARCHON Room 401) and via Zoom on Monday, May 5th from noon to 1 pm. We'll be joined by Ann Chaneka (Director - Housing and Community Development) and Daniel Bursuck, AICP (Planning Administrator - Planning and Development Services) from the City of Tucson for an in-depth look at the aims of the CCT, and how this zoning code update could help to address affordability issues by allowing more housing choices, while promoting walkable, bikeable, transit-friendly corridors. This session is pending approval for 1 CM credit.
