Dear APA AZ Members -
The Southern Section will be presenting a free virtual Summer Law Session on July 9th from 12:00 to 1:00 pm via Zoom. We'll be joined by attorney Tim Kinney to discuss a broad range of topics related to statutory regulation of zoning and land use in Arizona.

About Tim Kinney:
Tim has experience dealing with a wide range of complicated legal issues and specializes in compliance with local and state land use regulations, entitlement issues, real estate transactions, and negotiating public/private partnership agreements. He has represented many clients throughout Arizona on land use, zoning, real estate, and administrative law matters. Tim currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the City of Tucson Planning Commission and also sits on the board of the Tucson Industrial Development Authority. He previously served as chair of the board of local Tucson nonprofit Literacy Connects, chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Southern Arizona Committee, and volunteered with Lawyers for Literacy.
